Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments are handled by AK Venture Path.
Due to the nature of professional consulting and coordination services, refunds are subject to the conditions described below.
1. Scope of Services
Our services include, but are not limited to:
Business setup coordination
Visa and residency coordination
Bank account assistance
Tax, accounting, and compliance coordination
Advisory and consultation services
Services are provided through licensed third-party service providers and government authorities where applicable.
2. Consultation Fees
Fees paid for initial consultations are non-refundable, as the time and expertise are reserved and delivered upon the session taking place.
If a consultation is canceled by the client at least 24 hours in advance, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
3. Service Packages & Ongoing Services
a) Before Service Initiation
If a service package is canceled before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered, excluding:
Administrative fees
Third-party costs already incurred
b) After Service Initiation
Once service coordination has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and may not be possible due to:
Time spent on consultation and coordination
Documents prepared or submitted
Fees paid to government authorities or third-party providers
4. Third-Party & Government Fees
All fees paid to:
Government authorities
Banks
Free Zones
Licensed service providers
are non-refundable, as these entities operate under their own regulations and policies.
5. Service Delays or Rejections
Processing times and approvals are subject to third-party and government authority decisions.
We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional requirements imposed by authorities, banks, or service providers.
Such outcomes do not qualify for refunds.
6. Cancellation by Business Consulting
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse services if:
Provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading
Legal or regulatory risks are identified
Compliance requirements cannot be met
In such cases, refunds will be assessed individually, excluding incurred costs.
7. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action if necessary.
